Highschool for Gifted Students 

The High School for gifted Students in Lao Cai is a well structured and excellent School, where Students and Teachers are given the Oppertunity to be the best they can. I was very fortunate to be able to teach 10 Classes in this school for aproxximatly 3 Months. The Students were very disciplined and always greated you with a smile. I had two majoring classes in the subject English who where the most talented when it comes to the pernouciation of the English language. The other 8 classes I was teaching were majoring in all the other subjects. They were still giving everything to learn what I thought them. The biggest challenge for me personally was to get throught to the Students. As i would call i to break the egg so that they would not only have fun but that the learning part was still the most prioritized. I myself would say did a great job finding the right balance.
I mostly thought them soft skills and did many discussions so that they would feel more comfortable talking to each other. I mostly gave the Students the possibility to talk about what they wanted as long as they were talking in Vietnamese. Throughout the time I expirienced that the Students were building up confidence.
Not only was I a teacher for them, in the time that i wasent theaching them i tried my best to be their best friend so that everyone had the most fun they could have. Some examples where that i pretty much played every sport with my Students one can come up with. 
All the Teachers were extremely friendly and always tried their best to include me despite the Language Barrier. For instance every Thursday I had a Football Match with all the Teachers. If i wasnt playing Football I was playing Volleyball, Badminton or Basketball with everyone who dared to challenge me.
Since I have been playing Basketball for 12 years now, I always enjoyed shooting around with anyone who wanted to. I even got to be the official Coach for our School team in the Final Game against another Team. We ended up winning which made me more than happy and proud of my Team.
A couple Teachers even went the extra mile and invited me to Diner at their House. They prepared lots of delicious vienamese Food and the "Happy Water" helped us to create an unbreakable Friendship. Even the Principle was always very inviting and we always had a good time chatting about how good for example the German Football teams are. 
Generally speaking every single Person in this School is extremely friendly, welcoming and only want the Best for you. The School is very well organized and I never had any troubles what so ever.
