Risen from the Schwabenländle, I came to Lao Cai City to volunteer as a teaching assistant. Hi, my name is Klara Lene Straub, 20 years old and I can cook very good Käsespätzle (which is actually possible to cook here in Lao Cai when you bring your own spätzle press, which I did).
